Lara Dutta

Lara Dutta Bhupathi is an Indian actress and winner of the Miss Universe 2000 pageant. Known for her work in Hindi films and series, she has received a Filmfare Award, and was a prominent leading lady in the 2000s. Dutta made her acting debut with Andaaz, which won her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. She starred in several commercially successful films, including the comedies Masti, No Entry, Bhagam Bhag, Partner, Housefull, and Chalo Dilli, and the action film Don 2. Following a hiatus after her marriage to tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi in 2011, Dutta appeared in the British drama miniseries Beecham House in 2019 and portrayed Indira Gandhi in the film Bell Bottom. She has also starred in the comedy web series Hundred and Kaun Banegi Shikharwati.
